EFFECTS OF TRILUMA CREAM
Within eight weeks of continuous application, patients with moderate to severe melasma may experience a significant reduction in their brown spots. The cream should be applied every night on clean and dry skin. Skin protection with daily sunscreen is essential to achieve the maximum results with the triple combination cream. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue using it and consult a dermatologist. One can also cut down the usage to every alternative day.

Hello Rebecca, yes you can use this for three months (around 12 weeks) and then you should take a break of 1 month. You can restart it and use it for another 12 weeks.
